Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.calpro.co.nz.
- Returns of Faulty or Incorrect Products: If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email to [email protected].
- Replacement: We reserve the right to replace an incorrect with the correct product or alternative. Please see below for faulty products.
- No Return or Exchanges for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or requests for exchanges where you have changed your mind. Please check your order carefully.
- Trade Customers only: Contact us at [email protected] to discuss returns or exchanges for Trade Account orders only.
Warranty
Our products come with various warranties, depending on the original manufacturer.
If a product is faulty, please raise a warranty claim with us by emailing us at [email protected].
We may:
- Replace: Replace the faulty product with like-for-like or a suitable alternative replacement.
- Repair: Arrange a repair with the original manufacturer or service agent.
- Refund: If neither of the above are available, we shall refund the cost of the item (less shipping).
Please retain your original invoice / receipt as proof of purchase.
You may be required to ship the product back to us or our nominated service agent for assessment and/or repair. Shipping costs are not covered under the warranty and may be reimbursed only where the product is confirmed as being faulty.
If the product is found to be faulty due to inappropriate installation or misuse, warranty coverage may not apply.
Nothing in these warranty terms affects your statutory rights under Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
