Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.calpro.co.nz. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a full refund or replacement (at our discretion).

Refunds
If you wish to return a product for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, refunds are generally only accepted if you received a faulty or incorrect item and a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect purchases, so please check your cart before checking out and completing any purchase.

Conditions
– Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
– We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
