Shipping
We use Go SweetSpot via New Zealand Couriers to deliver your items.
Shipping is calculated at the checkout for online purchases or added to an invoice for Trade Customer order
- Delivery times: Delivery is calculated in business days only (Mon to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays).
- PO Boxes: Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.
- New Zealand only: We do not deliver outside of New Zealand.
- Tracking: Delivery times are indicative: you will receive a tracking confirmation that will indicate delivery timeframes with more accuracy.
- Oversized or dangerous goods: Some items may be restricted from courier delivery due to being too large or heavy, or classed as Dangerous Goods, we will contact you to arrange shipping.
- Out-of-Stock or Custom Orders: Where an item is out of stock , on backorder or ordered to custom specifications, we will notify you via email to confirm when your order is dispatched.
- Updates: Shipping costs may be subject to change. Shipping calculated at time of ordering or checkout is the final shipping cost.
Collection / Store Pick-up
Online customers may arrange to collect items ordered FREE of CHARGE from our store during opening hours.
- Store Location: 9F Airborne Road, Rosedale, Auckland
- Opening Hours: Showroom open Monday – Friday 9am to 3pm
- No Weekend Collections: Please note we are not open for collections on weekends.
